A Three Day Residential Programme

WHO WILL BENEFIT
Those Managers and Supervisors who have previously attended the Part 1 programme, or had previous tuition on Action Centered Leadership principles.

PROGRAMME AIMS
To enable delegates to practice and improve their leadership, communications, decision making, assertiveness, organising and creative skills.

COURSE CONTENT
Leadership concepts that delegates became familiar with on part one and other inter-personal skills, which help delegates, get the most from other people. Delegates are also introduced to the basic concepts of Creative Thinking and undertake exercises designed to encourage a wider thought process. Delegates tackle a series of exercises, case studies and role-plays, designed to assist them to improve their performance back at work. A highly participative approach ensures maximum involvement of all delegates.

NOTE: This is a three day residential programme held at Hemingford Grey, Delegate fees includes all meals and accommodation.
